About Eileen Smith

Eileen started her career in Real Estate in the Dallas Texas area in 1988. In 1990, Eileen's family was transferred to Northern Virginia due to husband's employer, Exxon Mobil, relocated the Dallas accounting offices to Headquarters in Fairfax. Eileen transferred her real estate license to Virginia and began working in Fair Oaks area in 1991. Her family moved into the Sully Station area of Centreville, of which her family currently live. She worked with Coldwell Banker as a USSA designated agent. She later transferred in 1998 to Prudential Carruthers and worked as a Relocation Specialist. Her company was later purchased by PenFedRealty and 3 years ago became part of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services franchise, owned by PenFed Realty. Eileen recently earned her Senior Real Estate Specialists designation.
